  • I will work to create a custom design to fit your landscape and accommodate your future and/or existing builds. Rural septic systems are required on every inhabited property without access to municipal sewer. Design types include: outhouses, greywater pits, classic leach fields, and advanced treatment systems.

  • Are you thinking about selling your property? Does your municipality require a routine inspection? Are you wondering what is in the ground? I can conduct a Phase II/2 Inspection by evaluating the functionality of your septic system and creating a thorough report. As a former municipal inspector, my extensive knowledge of the Code requirements will be applied to present a fair evaluation.
